Symbolic Art and R.O.I.C.F believe learning to play the game of basketball is about gaining an appreciation for the fundamentals first and as a competitive sport second. The intense physical and mental demands of playing basketball can be greatly minimized by grasping the basic skills of the game within a stress-free environment where learning is emphasized.
"Boys and Girls" ages 6-15 who participate in the Ready | Set | Play basketball clinic learn through practice and playing time irrespective of natural talent. Everyone gets to play!
Our main goal is to give instruction through positive reinforcement. We offer guidance and insight with the objective to build basketball skills and develop fundamental habit.
We realize everyone may not be suited to play on their school's basketball team, however, we believe most young people need to learn the basic principles of teamwork, leadership and sportsmanship. While there are those who are fortunate enough to participate in team sports at school we realize all players could use the extra playing time to refine their basketball skills - as a basketball clinic, we serve as an excellent resource for both those who make the team and those who do not.

TrainingWheelz.com highlights other programs specifically geared toward youngsters ages 4-11. Not only will this group have a chance to participate in a program designed specifically for them, parents will get the time to do other things comforted by the fact that their children will be guided by capable and caring supervision.
We are a sanctioned Amateur Athletic Union "AAU" club.
The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs.
As an "AAU" club we require all participants to be "AAU" members for insurance purposes. Participants who enroll as non-AAU members will be enrolled by us. Click here to become an "AAU" member.
