Destine(d)Nations Visionaries Al White, Apostle; The Rock of Israel, Christian Fellowship, Las Vegas and Timothy B. Downing, Sr., Bishop, God's House of Refuge, Ministry, Henderson represent the force and leadership driving the efforts behind Destine(d)Nations. Borne out of necessity to engage in ministry according to the guidance and wisdom of the Holy Spirit these visionaries embarked upon their journey to Pastor a non-denominational congregation of believers.

Gleaning primarily from decades of experience they allowed the Holy Spirit to direct their efforts independent of the hierarchy associated with religious institution. Inspired by a vision to participate in ministry apart from legalism and traditional views Apostle White and Bishop Downing sought diligently for methods to replace those traditional beliefs unsupported by scripture. Guided by a distinct understanding of the pure unadulterated word of God outdated and ineffective methods were exchanged by key disciplines now fostered within ministry.

Encouraging full and free expression of unique gifts, talents and abilities which glorify God and edify the body of Christ, family members are expected to offer these as a vital service within the Body. Destined(d)Nations is the manifestation of that vision and is now offered throughout the vineyard. As many as are open and receptive to the leadership of the Holy Spirit, those willing to contribute within an environment conducive for spiritual growth, maturity and skills development are cordially invited to serve.

Belief

1. We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired written word of God sufficient for Godly living and written by men under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Scripture is a perfect treasure of Godly instruction, able to make one wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus, profitable for doctrine, for reproof, correction, instruction in righteousness that the believer may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Faith

1. We believe in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit as three distinct expressions of the one true God eternal in existence. We believe Jesus Christ, the Word of God who was in the beginning with God, was God manifested in the flesh, who dwelt among us as we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. The Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father has sent in Jesus' name has come to teach us all things bringing to our remembrance all that Jesus has spoken to us through His word
2. The gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes for the Jew first and also for the Greek whereas no partiality exists with God. The righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, “The just shall live by his faith”. Through confession with your mouth the Lord Jesus and belief in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead you will be saved. With the heart one believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation

Doctrine

1. The Church is spiritual, Christ is its founder, head & lawgiver
2. There are only two ordinances, Baptism and the Lord's Supper - these are typical and memorial and not saving. Ordinances are made available to the believer only as a declaration of faith
3. The laws and doctrines which govern the local Church are derived exclusively from Scripture
4. Members are comprised of believers only - those saved by grace through faith, not of works but through the regenerative power of the Holy Spirit
5. Churches are separate and independent in their execution of its laws and discipline
6. Its officers, Bishops|Pastors and Deacons are servants of the church
