Creative Learning & Workshops

Training Wheelz is a Symbolic Art program where creative workshops that appeal to the entire family are offered.

Fun Fridays is specifically designed for children ages 4-11. Those who participate in Fun Friday events can expect to learn through arts & crafts and an array of recreational activities young people enjoy.

Parents get "Time" to run errands or get a break for the three hour duration this program is typically scheduled. Since all Symbolic Art programming involves development through education, training and mentoring we believe parents ought to have certain options that leverage community based programs so they can rejuvenate, relax or tackle certain tasks leftover from the course of the day.

With more than 15 years of experience working with young people our 'Training Wheelz' team is passionate about helping participate think outside the box while encouraging them to allow their creative ideas to come alive having fun at the same time.

Creative Learning for 'Tots'

This dynamic team joined efforts to bring an assortment of workshops to the community under the Training Wheelz program. As a team they inspire learning through their personal touch & loving creativity.

The primary emphasis of their 'Tots' program is to nurture the learning process in pre-school aged children.

Involved especially in the area of improved learning for pre-school aged children for more than seven years, they maintain special pride in their ability to help students develop social and basic skills needed to adapt to the formal classroom setting. Finally, an after school learning tool that complements other methods of basic skills development.

Ms. Shirley brings fifteen years of experience instructing before and after school programs. As a team, they developed and implemented "Tot" summer camp programs for many years achieving great popularity within the Las Vegas community. Both are loving mothers who simply enjoy helping children transition into higher learning with confidence.

Training Wheelz intends to help children gain social skills and develop the necessary basic skills prior to entering elementary grades. We believe children perform with confidence and transition better after growing in key areas such as letters, numbers, shapes and colors.

Interactive sessions include writing skills, art projects, and beginning phonics - these are emphasized to create a balanced opportunity for growth and development.
